Cancellations and Refunds - No Refunds shall be issued for any service. My time is valuable, and so is yours. Please be on time for your appointment. If you're late for your appointment, you will lose that amount of time in your session. All clients have the right to cancel or reschedule their appointments with no fee as long as the cancellation or reschedule is received 24 hours prior to their appointment time. If you do not cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will be charged for that time. No show /no call clients - This is rude, inconsiderate and completely unnecessary. If you do not show for your appointment, you will not be refunded, rescheduled or welcomed back.
